Switching between your account and a Reseller Agency account

When you’re managing Reseller Agencies and their websites in your Glow account, it’s likely you’ll be switching back and forth between accounts quite regularly.

Logging in to a Reseller Agency’s dashboard

To do this, go to the Resellers screen from the main left hand menu of your account and the All Resellers tab will open by default where you’ll see a list of all the Reseller Agencies you’re working with.

To login to the dashboard for one of the Reseller Agencies, simply click the login link icon to the right side.

You’ll then be instantly taken to that Reseller Agency’s dashboard.

Note: You’ll be logged in to their dashboard as yourself, not as one of their team members.

Logging back in to your own dashboard

When you’ve complete the work you wanted to do for a particular Reseller Agency, you’ll probably want to switch back into your own account.

To do this, click on the Return link at the top of the main left hand menu, just above the Websites link. The Return link will show as Return to [your company name].

You’ll then be instantly taken back into your own dashboard.
