When you add a client team member to your account, you can decide whether or not to send them a welcome email.
If you decide to not send them a welcome email (which would contain their login link), you may wonder at a later point, how to give them access.
All you need to do, is send them your Forgot Password link.
To find this, go to the white label login screen for your account. You’ll find confirmation of this URL in Settings > White Label > DNS & Email.
Once you’re on the login screen, click the Forgot Password link below the login form.
Then simply copy the URL and send this to your client. They will then be able to set a password for their account and login.
