Step 1
Log in to your Glow account, go to Websites from the main left hand menu and click on the website for who you want to edit the report schedule.
Step 2
You will now see the Website Area. From the inner menu, select Reports.
Step 3
The All reports tab will have loaded by default. Click on the Schedule button.
Step 4
You’ll see confirmation that the report schedule is currently setup.
Click on the button that says Edit schedule.
Step 5
You will now see the Step 1: Frequency screen.
Work through each step, editing what you need.
Everything works the same as when you setup the report schedule in the first place.
Step 6
Once you’ve clicked the Finish button at the end of the process, you will be shown a success message confirming that your changes have been saved.
