Step 1
Login to your Glow account and click on Websites from the main left hand menu.
Step 2
Click on the website for whom you want to record custom work and you’ll now be shown the Website Area.
Step 3
Click on the Timeline tab from the inner menu.
Step 4
Here you’ll see all Timeline entries and in the top right corner, a button that says Add work.
Click this button.
Step 5
On the next screen you’ll be able to submit details of the work, including:
- Description
- Who did the work
- Date completed
- Time completed
- How long it took to do the work
- Whether you want this time deducting from the allotted amount
- Whether you want to show the work on the client’s report
When you’re done, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen and the work will be saved to Timeline.
