Step 1
Log in to your Glow account, go to Websites from the main left hand menu and click on the website for who you want to edit the report schedule.
Step 2
You will now see the Website Area. From the inner menu, select Reports.
Step 3
The All reports tab will have loaded by default. Click on the Schedule button.
Step 4
You will see confirmation that reports are currently scheduled for this client.
Click on the link that says Turn off.
Step 5
On the next screen, tick the checkbox to confirm that you will now need to send reports manually for this client.
Then click the Turn off schedule button.
Step 6
You will now be shown confirmation that scheduled reports have been turned off for this client.
