Glow can occasionally become disconnected from your client’s website. This can be due to a number of factors, such as our plugin being deactivated.
The steps below will explain how to reconnect a website after it has disconnected.
Step 1
Go to your client’s website in Glow, to the WordPress screen. When the site is disconnected, it’ll look like this:

Click the Download Glow plugin button and then login to your client’s website in another browser tab.
Step 3
Install and activate our plugin then click the Get Glow code link in the Plugins screen.
You’ll be taken to the Glow screen in the WordPress dashboard. Click the Copy link to grab the connection key.
Step 4
Now go back to Glow and paste the code into text field below where it says: Enter Glow code below.
Finally, click the Connect button.
Glow will now begin the reconnection process which can take anywhere up to 1 minute to complete. Once the process has completed, you’ll see a success message on screen.
