Step 1
Login to your Glow account, click on Clients from the main left hand menu and then the name of the client for who you want to edit the information.
Step 2
The Client Area will load next, showing the All websites tab from the inner menu by default.
Click on the Settings tab from the bottom of the inner menu.
Step 3
The General tab across the top will load by default, where you’ll see the Company name field.
To the right side, where you’ll see the client’s company name, click the pencil icon.
Step 4
You’ll now see the Change client company name screen with 2 fields showing:
Existing – this is the current company name stored in Glow for this client
Change to – this field will be blank – type the updated company name in here
Once you’ve made your changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6
When the process has completed, you’ll see confirmation below the Save button that the changes have been saved. This client’s company name will now have been updated across your entire account.
