Step 1
Login to your account and go to Support Tickets in the main left hand menu.
Step 2
Open the ticket you want to delete by clicking it from the All tickets screen. The ticket correspondence screen will open.
Step 3
In the top right corner, to the right of the Priority status dropdown menu, you’ll see a ‘bin / trash’ icon. Click this icon.
Step 4
On the next screen Glow will ask you to confirm that you definitely want to delete the ticket.
Note: Deleted tickets are permanently removed and can’t be retrieved again afterwards.
Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand and then click the Delete ticket button.
Step 5
Once the process has completed, you’ll see a success message confirming that the ticket has been deleted.
