When you setup the DNS settings for your Glow account, you set an email address that controls 2 things:
- When your clients receive emails from your Glow account
- When your clients raise support tickets to you from their email
For a reminder of this email address that you set, as well as the forwarding email address for support tickets, login to your Glow account and go to Settings > DNS & Email.
On this screen you’ll see 4 information boxes displaying:
- The DNS connection status
- Your white label login URL
- The email address clients will use to raise tickets to you
- Your Glow support forwarding email address (unique to your account) – this is where all mail from your email address in No.3 above should be forwarded to
