Each email notification is contained within an accordion. You can click <code>Show placeholders<\/code> link to dynamically show different content in the <code>Subject<\/code> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, customise the <code>Email body text<\/code>. The text area is a free type text box and you can use the toolbar above to add rich text, links and even images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wiki-note\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can also change the text from English to your desired language, simply by adding in your own translations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you&#8217;re done with the customisations, click the <code>Save<\/code> button at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Step 1 Head over to Settings &gt; Features and then select Support tickets from the feature dropdown menu.
