Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Head over to Settings<\/code> > Features<\/code> and then select Support tickets<\/code> from the feature dropdown menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You’ll now see a new section appear below, entitled Email notifications<\/code>. Each email notification is contained within an accordion. To begin editing, simply expand the accordion for the email you’d like to customise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now the accordion is open, you’ll see a brief description of when this email notification is sent, plus a few other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Subject field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Email body text<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Placeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Start by customising the Subject<\/code> field. You can click Show placeholders<\/code> link to dynamically show different content in the Subject<\/code> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Next, customise the Email body text<\/code>. The text area is a free type text box and you can use the toolbar above to add rich text, links and even images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> You can also change the text from English to your desired language, simply by adding in your own translations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
