When you setup the DNS settings<\/a> for your Glow account, you set an email address that controls 2 things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. When your clients receive emails from your Glow account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. When your clients raise support tickets to you from their email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For a reminder of this email address that you set, as well as the forwarding email address for support tickets, login to your Glow account and go to Settings<\/code> > DNS & Email<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On this screen you’ll see 4 information boxes displaying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The DNS connection status<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Your white label login URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The email address clients will use to raise tickets to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Your Glow support forwarding email address (unique to your account) – this is where all mail from your email address in No.3 above should be forwarded to<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
