Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To receive Uptime alerts to Slack, you first need to connect your Slack workspace<\/a> to Glow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you’ve connected your Slack workspace, click into any website and then go to Uptime<\/code> > Alerts<\/code>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on the plus '+' icon<\/code> to the right side of the Slack accordion to open it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll now see a dropdown menu containing all of your Public Slack channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> By default, Glow will only show your Public<\/code> Slack channels. Learn how to show and post to Private Slack channels<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the channel from the list that you want to be notified whenever this website goes down (and comes back online).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you want to save these notification settings for all the other websites in your account, click the checkbox below the Slack accordion and then hit Save<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
