Occasionally you might notice a website that is showing no data for WordPress core, plugins or themes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’ll look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
There are a number of reasons this could happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Check the information below first and then if you’re still having trouble, contact our support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is your hosting company blocking our access?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Our access to your client’s website might be being blocked by your hosting company. The easiest way around this, is to whitelist our IP address: 18.171.1.94<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you’ve done that, come back to your Glow account and use the Data Refresh link. You should see all of the core, plugins and themes information appear correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is the Asset CleanUp plugin installed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Asset CleanUp is used to make WordPress sites run faster. It does this by unloading all the CSS and JS, PHP, HTML from other plugins of your choosing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So if you have Glow set to ‘unload’ in Asset CleanUp, that’s why you’re not seeing any data for this site in your Glow account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It causes the code in our plugin to literally not load at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the Asset CleanUp plugin currently has the On all pages<\/code> checkbox ticked for Glow, you will need to untick<\/code> that box in order to fix the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As soon as you’ve done that, our plugin will start working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, head over to your Glow account and use the Data refresh<\/code> link for the site in question to bring in the most up to date core, plugins and themes data.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
