In order to give your clients access to their own dashboard you first need to create a user account for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> It’s always a good idea to white label Glow so that it matches your branding<\/a> and runs from your domain name<\/a>, before you add client team members. Otherwise, your clients will see Glow’s branding and might be confused that it’s not you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s how you do that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Login to your Glow account and head to Clients<\/code> > Client Name<\/code> > Client Team<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the Add new<\/code> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now add their First name<\/code>, Last name<\/code> and Email address<\/code> and then click the Step 2 of 3<\/code> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the next screen you will see a heading asking you which of Glow’s features you would like this user to be able to access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the Deactivate<\/code> and Activate<\/code> links showing next to the feature names and then click the Final step<\/code> button at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The last step is the Welcome email<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose whether to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Edit the standard Welcome email that will be sent to your client (recommended)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Keep the default Welcome email<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Not send a Welcome email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have made your choice, click the Finish<\/code> button at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You will now be shown a success message<\/code>, confirming that a team member has been added to your client’s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
