There are 3 types of roles that you can assign to teammates in your Glow account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below, they are listed in order of highest access level, to lowest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Owner<\/code> role is always assigned to the person that opens the Glow account. They have full access rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There can also be more than one person with the Owner<\/code> role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Account Managers<\/code> can customise the access permissions of teammates with the Developer<\/code> role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will not have access to any account billing information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teammates with the Owner<\/code> role can decide to give Account Managers<\/code> full access to all Clients<\/code>, Websites<\/code> and Resellers<\/code> in the account, or access to only some.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Developer<\/code> accounts are the most restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They can’t customise the access permissions for any teammates and they will not have access to any account billing information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They also can’t add new Websites<\/code>, Clients<\/code> or Resellers<\/code>. This must be done by a teammate with the Owner<\/code> or Account Manager<\/code> role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teammates with the Owner<\/code> or Account Manager<\/code> role can decide to give Developers<\/code> full access to all Clients<\/code>, Websites<\/code> and Resellers<\/code> in the account, or access to only some.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
