Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Log in to your Glow account and go to Websites<\/code> from the main left hand menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Find the website where you want to view the Uptime data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will now be shown the Website Area<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the inner menu select Uptime<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the next screen, you’ll see the following Uptime data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Current status (Up or Down)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • [If the status is currently Up] The amount of time since the site was last offline<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • [If the status is currently Down] The length of time the site has been offline<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Average uptime % for the last 30 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To see the history of uptime events for this website, click on the Events<\/code> tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here you’ll see the detail of the dates and times when this site has been Up and Down since you started monitoring Uptime in Glow for this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use the date picker in the top right corner to cycle through historical dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
