Glow will automatically import the latest data from WordPress every hour. However, if you think the data is still not quite up to date, you can use the Data Refresh feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Log in to your Glow account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Websites<\/code> screen will load by default. Click on the website that you’d like to use the Data Refresh feature on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You’ll now see the Website Area<\/code>, which will have loaded on the WordPress<\/code> tab by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the top right corner you’ll see the Data Refresh<\/code> link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will notice the circular arrow icon spinning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This indicates that Glow is grabbing the most up to date WordPress information from your client\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After around 10-20 seconds, it will stop spinning, indicating that the process is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any new data will be reflected across the WordPress<\/code>, Plugins<\/code>, Themes<\/code> and Vulnerabilities<\/code> tabs without you needing to do anything else.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
