Glow can occasionally become disconnected from your client\u2019s website. This can be due to a number of factors, such as our plugin being deactivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The steps below will explain how to reconnect a website after it has disconnected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Go to your client’s website in Glow, to the WordPress<\/code> screen. When the site is disconnected, it’ll look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Click the Download Glow plugin<\/code> button and then login to your client’s website in another browser tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Install<\/code> and activate<\/code> our plugin then click the Get Glow code<\/code> link in the Plugins<\/code> screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You’ll be taken to the Glow screen in the WordPress dashboard. Click the Copy<\/code> link to grab the connection key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Now go back to Glow and paste the code into text field below where it says: Enter Glow code below<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, click the Connect<\/code> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Glow will now begin the reconnection process which can take anywhere up to 1 minute to complete. Once the process has completed, you’ll see a success message on screen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
