Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Login to your Glow account and click on on Websites<\/code> from the main left hand menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on the website for whom you want to download a client report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will now be shown the Website Area<\/code><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Reports<\/code> tab from the inner menu. The All reports<\/code> tab will load by default where you’ll see a list of all the reports created for this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To download a report, either click the download link on the right side of the screen against the report you want to download:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
